I help ADHDers to develop healthier habits that work with their brain.
As someone with ADHD, I became an ADHD health coach after realizing that everything I did to improve my life also helped my clients develop healthier habits that work with their unique brains. With a BA in Psychology focused on Behavior Change and currently working on my master’s in Nutrition and Exercise, I bring over 7 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Additionally, I’m certified as a Life Coach through the Human Potential Institute. My coaching approach takes into account the challenges ADHDers face, helping them navigate these obstacles in an interactive way while building up their own Healthy Habit Toolkit.
